Putting a price on the priceless

I am blessed to have the ability to support my family through a career that I am passionate about. Likewise, I want you to feel passionately about the memories I capture for you. Our session may be brief, but the heirlooms I create for you will last a lifetime.

Like any skilled profession, years of learning, specialized equipment, and endless mastery is invested into my business. That being said, we are all working hard to earn a living and every penny is precious, so I focus solely on providing a quality service that is worth your investment. Starting in 2025, I am introducing a variety of ways to save, both for returning customers AND for those families on a budget that are still hoping to capture some beautiful family memories.

I have priced my photography services in an à la carte style so that clients can have full customization of their session. There are three base packages to choose from, with extras available to add. If you want more photos, more time, or both, the options are there. A portion of your session fee, a non-refundable retainer, secures your date and all correspondence leading up to the day. The remaining balance (total package minus the retainer) is due before your session. Please enquire for further details.

Travel fees may apply to sessions over 30 miles away. See more info below.

My new 2025 price guide features numerous ways to save money, both for new and repeat clients. Have a look through, see what's on offer, and message me with any questions you may have.

Look out for:

What areas do you cover?

I regularly use a handful of scenic locations in Norfolk, Suffolk, and Cambridgeshire. If you're further afield, anything within the UK but over 30 miles from Methwold is priced at just £1 per mile (50p per mile each way).

What's the difference between a deposit and retainer?

A deposit is typically something in a landlord-tenant agreement, a payment for security (in case something should go wrong) that is refundable in the absence of an issue. A retainer is a fee paid in advance to hold services; not only does it secure your specific date & session time, but it also covers the time it takes to book, any time spent sending correspondence, and services potentially lost by being unable to book other clients should you cancel or reschedule.

I need to reschedule. What happens now?

Don't worry! Your retainer and any additional money you've invested is eligible for a one-time transfer to another session within the same calendar year.

What if I need to cancel completely?

These things happen! You will be refunded any monies paid less the non-refundable retainer.

What if Krista Leigh Photography needs to cancel/reschedule?

If I need to reschedule and there's a convenient time that works for us both, it's as simple as moving the date. If I need to reschedule and it does not work for you, or if I need to cancel, I will refund all monies paid toward the cancelled session, including your retainer.
